Predator Sniper Calls - Used Around the World!

The pack howlers you sent me in my eyes are a necessity if someone wants a nice, easy, user friendly open reed howler beginner or veteran caller alike.
The alpha male howler is perfect for the dominant howls made by an alpha coyote and the subordinate howler is just the same when it comes to the nice subtle non aggressive sounds and vocalizations of a younger coyote.
These are some of the handiest and easy to look at calls I've seen, with there nice uniform barrels covered with the brush country camo. Definitely a must have to any coyote caller. Thanks for another fine product.

Brent, thanks for making a great product. Calling coyotes within gun range can be tough. When you finally get one in your cross-hairs, nothing is more frustrating than missing the shot. Your Predator Sniper Styx allows us to hold steady and make the shot. We used the Sniper Styx while filming our second DVD "Prescription for Success" and I know without a doubt that our accuracy improved tremendously. Thanks again.

Dear Predator Sniper Styx:

Enclosed are two pictures of my first two deer taken using your Predator Sniper Styx. My first deer was a nice 5 by 4 whitetail buck, taken in 2002, that I got by kneeling on one knee while shooting off your sniper styx. The buck was about 90 yards away and if I hadn't had your predator styx, I couldn't have got off a good, steady shot. My second deer was shot this year, in 2003. It was a 9 by 11 mule buck which gross scored 245. It was about 180 yards away and I shot sitting down using your sniper styx. Thanks for making such a great and useful product. Sincerely

I shot this 160 class whitetail using my Predator Sniper Styx on the last day of the Kansas deer season. The only shot I had was 185 yards across a ravine on uneven, rocky ground. Without you Styx this trophy would not be on my wall! Thanks for a great product!

I have already tried the Styx and found them extremely stable and comfortable to use. I look forward to extensively testing them in the field. The camouflage is certainly a much needed accessory. My Stoney Points will be stuck in the back of my closet now!! Thanks again and I will keep you posted. Best of luck with your Predator Sniper Styx.

I have been using the Predator Styx and have been impressed with how they cradle your rifle. The elastic nature of your rubber connector puts tension on the sticks when they are stretched out, helping to firmly hold your rifle in place. In addition, the feet really grab hold of the ground and keeps your styx in place. My Stoney point has to be constantly adjusted because of foot slippage. We finally got some rain and I tried it under sloppy conditions. I found that the "snow feet" worked great. The large area that they cover kept he styx from digging into the mud. I have been really impressed with the quality of your styx and hope that our review will help you. Thanks.

We had an excellent hunt in New Mexico with Gary Roberson of Burnham Brothers Game Calls. Over 3 days of hunting, we saw 22 coyotes and shot 13. We would not have taken as many coyotes without the aid of your sticks. They provide a solid rest for accurate shots.

Hey Brent,

I've been really happy with your Sniper Styx. 1st time out I hit 4 of 5 prairie dogs over 250 yds. shooting from the sitting position. They're great for predators too...my best shot so far has been 480yds on a coyote. As you know with predators, versatility is the name of the game. Shooting from the sitting or prone position Sniper Styx have performed very well on a championship level. Thanks for a great score!

Sir,

I hunted with Kevin Howard in south Texas and enjoyed using your excellent shooting sticks. Here is a mention in an upcoming column for Canadian Sportsman.

Last winter I hunted predators down in south Texas with Winchester and the Burnham Brothers Call company. Everyone had the opportunity to use one-piece shooting sticks from a company called Predator Sniper Styx (www.predatorsniperstyx.com/index.html). Why one-piece sticks? For strength and super-steadiness. I found that I could stab the sharp tips into the grounds for extra-strong support. I also determined that the one-piece design is the fastest to deploy – no shaking the legs, just stick the Styx into the ground and drop your rifle in place. Elevation is handled by simply moving forward or back, the rifle sits steady as a rock! The Styx are camo’d for good concealment from sharp-eyed predators.

We had many coyotes come running into hand-shaking distance so we needed the fastest aiming set-up available. The Sniper Styx did the job perfectly, resulting in 23 coyotes and three bobcats in only two days. Of course the super-shooting .223 WSSM’s that we carried did most of the work. The .223 WSSM Winchester Coyote that I carried was a superbly accurate varmint rig and I made some nice shots on standing and trotting dogs.

I have another article to do shortly for North American Hunter magazine and would like to get a quote from you for use in the story. I will call when I get into that article.

In all my years of guiding people there is one thing that is very consistent, I see guys come out and they have the best clothes that money can buy, they have the most expensive rifle and scope that is made, they have the latest in calls and the latest in optics. But the one big thing that most people forget is, why go through all the trouble in doing everything right and not being able to make the shot due to the fact they don't have a good solid rest, like a very inexpensive pair of shooting styx. In the last few years I have been using a set of Predator Sniper Styx, they have been worth their weight in gold. I use the when I hunt big game or predators alike they are a very valuable tool for the hunter who wants to make more shots count. I will never go out with out them. The quality and workmanship of the Predator Sniper Styx is second to none I would recommend tem to all hunters whether they are big game hunters/varmint/ or predator hunters they will increase your hitting percentage 3 fold. Thanks for the great product.

Brent,
I have been using bi-pods on my rifles for a long time now. I was recently talked into using a set of "Predator Sniper Styx" by a friend of mine. I was very skeptical at first and doubted their ability to match up with the stability of my gun mounted bi-pod. Shortly after using them a couple of times I was no longer a skeptic. I was very impressed with the overall versatility of the Predator Sniper Styx they are lighter, better on "uneven ground", and give me much more mobility when it's time to shoot compared to my bi-pod. I shot this coyote and feral hog using the Predator Sniper Styx.
I had to stalk across an open field to get a shot at the hog and there wasn't a solid rest to be found anywhere, I set up the styx and one shot dropped him in his tracks. On the coyote hunt she came in from the far right and since I am right-handed I couldn't swing my rifle any farther. I repositioned the rifle and the Predator Sniper Styx quickly and quietly and again one solid shot closed the deal. I just wanted to say a big thanks for making a product that has boosted my confidence dramatically while out in the field.
